1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BYTEFOX's services, including our website, mobile applications, game publishing platforms, and AI products (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BYTEFOX Pte. Ltd. ("BYTEFOX", "we", "us", or "our").

If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through our Services will meet your expectations

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid BYTEFOX, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the twelve (12) months prior to bringing the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using our Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
